April 30, 2005 - DanceLand is having an OPEN HOUSE social party. Everyone is welcome to this event - free admission for those who bring an item for the potluck dinner and $5 for everyone else.

In addition to our Friday night dance lessons, DanceLand will also be offering dance lessons on Sundays, starting May 1st.
3 - 4 pm Dance lesson
4 - 6 pm Dance practice
$7 per lesson or $20 for 4 lessons (Payable at the beginning of the month).
The fee includes 1 hour of dance lesson and 2 hours of dance practice.

We are pleased to announce that Gloria Ma & Ron Kwan will be teaching a dance class at DL. Come join us for a fun and relaxed dance class on Friday nights from 7 - 8 pm and (included with your lesson fee) you are invited to stay for the Social following the lesson from 8 pm - 12 am.

The April Social time has been changed to April 16. Please change your calendars!

DanceLand is now looking for International-style dance instructors! If you are interested in teaching at DL, please contact Serlina at 454-4070.

DanceLand will be CLOSED on May 7, 8 and 9th due to the Calgary Open Dance Competition. Several students, Serlina Tsang and Thu Luu are involved with the competition. DanceLand will re-open the following weekend, May 14, 15 and 16.

Various students of DanceLand Ballroom will be participating in the Calgary Open Dance Competition 2004. Good luck to those students! Information about the competition can be seen Ballroom Country website.
