DanceLand Ballroom - About DanceLand

Established in 1990, DanceLand continued its success at Furama (now Mirama) Restaurant in 1998 and now has moved to it's own building. DanceLand occupies the upper floor of the old Sun Village Restaurant which is just past the Chinatown gate.

The Goals of DanceLand is:

to provide a gathering place for dancing, socialization, and entertainment;

to help people realise that dancing is not only for competition and show, but also for healty living and exercise;

to provide practice space, at nominal costs, for individuals or groups who are looking for large dance floor spaces;

to provide rental space for group lessons, private lessons and dancing parties;

Ballroom, Latin and Country Social dancing

Space available to rent for:

Practise sessions

Private or Group dance instruction
